The Quick Launch Task bar is an Internet Explorer thing. So You will not
find it in the Start-Menue.
On my Notebook (still Win98
) It is located under
C:\windows\Anwendungsdaten\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
"Anwendungsdaten" should be Userdata or something like that. On NT or 2000
You should find that under ...\Profiles\User\Userdata...
