Is it possible to install a MS SQL Server 7.0 Developer Edition on Win95b 4.00.950.b

I installed on and reported error message Setup failed to configure the server....

If so, Is there any updated fixation for Win95 system ??

Remark that my Visual Foxpro is installed with SP5
