If eMailing is a major part of your aplication then you may want to consider including eMail functionality that is independent of the eMail client that the user has installed as their default eMail client. I had a couple situations where I started out with the assumption that everyone was using OutLook, and found my app worked a lot better if I bypassed OutLook and sent my mail from within the app.
I've had good luck with the West Wind IP Stuff library, which is shareware at $99.00.
>if I am using MS outlook to email from VFP, what happens if a user of the app has say Outlook express installed instead.. will this cause any problems or would I need two versions ?
