Umm, send a CD or floppy disks. It can be a daunting task, but otherwise, no upgrade. Most people charge for upgrades to make it worthwhile. I'm sorry, but our situation is not unique. Whenever there are product/software upgrades, the only way to distribute is download or disk media unless your UI is a browser.
