Sometime ago, I must have located my command window and data session window in a certain part of the screen and something I did remembered that setting. Well, it isn't where I want it and I am forced to rearrange the locations of these every time I start up VFP. I have tried to relocate them and "exit". That doesn't save them. I have tried to relocate them and "quit", that doesn't either. I have reinstalled VFP thinking that a config file is corrupted or missing. That hasn't solved the problem.
