>I don't have all the stuff (it's a customer's server on the other end of the country) but from what I am told it's a dual processor PIII 1 Ghz with 3 Gig of Ram. The file server I am told is a PIII 1Gig with 1 Gig of Ram and they are connected with a 1 Gigabit Network (3-Com cards I believe). All the TS registry entries for VFP have been made, and the Patch for TS closing tables when the first user logs off is applied.

Have you tried another server on the same network? This sounds to me like something in the setup of the server - it certainly should be able to handle the load ;-)
