About the only other suggestion that I'd make is to take the function call out of call to method, assigning, of course the result of LOADPICTURE() to a variable. That way, at least you'll know where it's failing. Right now, you really don't know if the function or the method is causing the problem.

Of course, the help file is real helpful here. It says to call MS support.
