Doesn't Access support auto-incrementing keys? If so, nobody is taking it seriously as an enterprise solution. I really don't think the inclusion of incrementing key in VFP is significant.
IMO, the biggest threat to SQL Server from VFP is the fact you can easily create a data server in VFP that maximizes bandwith in the same way SQL Server does, but at a tiny fraction of cost. This is where I see a great opportunities for VFP. For a lot of businesses, the cost of SQL Server or Oracle with licences is just to high.
