I'm sure it matters. Not only large companies should be considered, since they are not going to be its only clients. In fact, in the total number of licenses sold (of VFP, or of any other programming language), I would dare say that there are more small companies (that might not even need C/S) than large ones (that need C/S, and perhaps Internet access, too). Or at least, the percentage is significant.
