I agree that the quality of the documentation is important. FWIW, I think it has improved with every version.

Microsoft, and particularly the Fox team, also knows that documentation is important, especially to new users. They are receptive to comments and corrections (and, I assure you, I've made many of both over the years).

Maybe someone from the team can poke a head up here to indicate the best venue for offering doc bugs and comments.
