I don't know you either, but I know enough of Steve to know that his advice was well-meaning and well-founded in personal success. His model makes sense to me. Whether or not it applies in your particular case (of course you're the only good judge of that) , it may very well apply for a lot of folks here who seem to wonder why they know so much and make so little and are so miserable in their work.
