I'm not sure what you mean. Maybe I don't understand the question. I don't think you can create a DSN from inside Fox Pro. To the best of my knowledge you create the DSN on the machine from ODBC data source admin program and then call that DSN from the fox pro program such as
SQLCONNECT(dsnname,'username','password') TO gnConnHandle uname and pword optional.
