That may be what you and your friends want Mike, and I respect that but that is NOT the reality of what's going on out there. Kids are now taught that society "owes them".

Nope.. Not at all. I look at the content of what you say and realize that it's not complete, point it out and get accused of some newly defined form of discrimination called "ageism", whatever the heck that is. <g>

You don't have the luxury of the years of experience which is NOT to say your dumb or anything of the sort. You just haven't had the opportunities to lern that others have. No fault of yours.

Look.. If I were a college senior and you were a freshman I could tell you all kinds of things about the school, teachers, etc.. You might disregard my advice, calling me names or whatever but all I'm trying to do (in my little metaphor) is explain the positional differences without regard to "goodness", "badness", "better or "worse". I've just had more learning opportunities and once you realize this you'll see things from a different pov I'd think. No put downs meant whatsoever and if you persist in thinking that way you only prove my points...
