Not at all. Make sure you read the full sentence.
FWIW, today we finished an interface to Word using VFP. It processes 3 documents per second and will replace a C# version on a far bigger box managing 1 document per second. Presumably this is an issue of managed code calling unmanaged code but "in the real world" VFP is a better choice in this case.
There will be more of these.
