Why don't you just contact the author of the Hacker's Guide (Tamar E. Granor, Ted Roche, Doug Hennig, and Della Martin) at Hentzenwerke and use that book as the command and fuctions manual? I'm sure Microsoft and Hentzenwerke could come to terms.
