No, I'm not on a tight leash. Personally, I resent your wont to cry "Fox Team" every time I post something you don't like, whether an opinion or a simple question. Contrary to your belief, when I stop posting on a thread, it's professional discretion - not being "reined in" (can't law students spell?).

On the contrary, the discretion I try to show is more like common sense: You don't light matches near gasoline. Tangentially, you are right again - it's a risk to respond to a post of yours because it's difficult to predict the response or the (ir)rationality of that response.

John, one of the things you should take to heart is that you have good insight a lot of times. But you destroy the qualitative value of what you have to say by attacking me, the product, and the community.

>You can respond however you want. Unless of course, you are on a tight leash. I was just giving you an opportunity to think. Given that you have chosen not to think, not to take your boss's advice, I guess we can proceed.
>
>John, if you want to join the fray, let your conscience be your guide. If you have the need to say something, say it here. Don't let your boss stop you. I am not crawling anywhere, here I am, not hiding anywhere.

>>Of course you're right about being limited in how I can respond. How convenient a hidey-hole for you to crawl back into when you don't like what I post.

>>>Thats right John, because I kept holding back with you. I told Ken that if they did not reign you in a bit, it was not going to be nice.
>>>
>>>So you see, I did it out of deference to the people you work with, the people you represent. As a member of the "team", you represent the "team" and as such, you expose the "team".
>>>
>>>As for what you posted, you made not only yourself an easy target, you made the team one as well. Given that it is usally MS practice to not join in these frays, I had the feeling that you were acting "unilaterally" shall we say.
>>>
>>>I might be doing you the biggest favor by saying "back off..." It's not worth it John. You come up here and take me on, I don't interpret it has John Koziol the individual taking me on, I take it as John Koziol, a representitive of the Fox team and MS employee taking me on.
>>>
>>>That is a heavy burden John, are your shoulders broad enough?
