Jim, I only worked a few hours a week on the VFP Toolkit for .NET just helping make sure it was put together in a nice reusable package, and I did so after hours (mainly in the evening), and only less than 3 weeks before the EssentialFox conference. My main efforts in those few months before were on various efforts around VFP within Microsoft as well as Toledo related efforts on the Fox team, and some VFP marketing efforts outside of the VFP community.
