This is actually great - very good idea. The context is preserved, you get the exact location where the input is coming from and what is it about. I figure that this will probably have to be tightly coupled with the bugs database, as many people won't know right away whether something is a documentation or behavior thing. Sometimes even UT has to simmer a few days to figure it out :).
