A suggestion if I may. It would be a good idea to use a few testers from different walks of life who are not familiar with VFP to test documentation. Perhaps a VB person or two and a few others. VFP developers tend to have great knowledge of the product so including persons who know little or nothing of the product may be a good test.

Trying to write a technical manual or similar document is a challenge as you do not know who your audience is. Having written some 10,000 technical documents for the Metrology/Calibration Industry I can appreciate what you are doing!
