Enable File and Printer sharing on the old computer, share the entire drive on the old machine, and then connect to the old computer from the new computer and copy whatever you like. You'll need to reinstall WinApps on the new system since the registry is not moved and in many cases the files needed for Win2K will not be the same as the ones on the old machine.
