Greetings.

I programmed a Web Service in My server Windows 2000, IIS 5, and it works perfect, in my local net.

But I have problems, I am not able to publish It, in a web server (Windows 2000, II5 in Internet, when placing the URL, doesn't ask me the Login, neither the key.
Do I have to be connected via FTP before publishing it?
