It was a free re-distribute. The only issue is which version to get, with the one that covers all possible operating systems priced at 1100+. Steep - but if you're going to use it on more than one project, or you absolutely have to have the functionality it's a deal. Beats telling users that they've got to shell out 300/seat for Acrobat or violating the Acrobat EULA by putting it on a web server.
