Yes, it has about 60 records.
I was doing some looking and it looks like it has something to do with msxml3.msm or something like that.

I tried installing it on the machine that I am testing it on and it still does not work.

I added the three files to the window system directory (msxml3.dll,msxml3r.dll and msxml3a.dll)

I don't know what I am doing wrong.


This file was a table that I just used for a lookup. but I want to try to use the file so that will be one less table I have to deal with. If I can get this to work, will will try to make all of my lookups that will not be updated the same way, XMLTOCURSOR(), if it works.

any other ideas?
