How can I induce MS-Word to omit spell-checking for a specific repeated word?

We have lots of geographical names like "Sipe Sipe" or "Toro Toro" here (often from some indigenous language, like Quechua), and when I use the name several times, I have to ignore the repetition each and every time - I don't even have the "ignore all" option, which is disabled for repeated words.

Hilmar.
