Perhaps the two machines are using different versions of MSXML. Off the top of my head, I don't know how to check the versions, but I do recall there being a web page on the MS site for this very thing. YOu might try to find out how to get the version numbers and see if they're in sync. I'm pretty sure that XMLToCursor uses MSXML to do its magic, so it might be worth spending a few minutes researching this.

Let us know what you find.
