Try moving the table to a folder where the DBC is not stored (or move the DBC to a temp folder). Then open the table and VFP should tell you that it cannot find the DBC. It will prompt you if you want to make the table a free table. Say yes, this will clear the DBF's header information. Then return the table to the folder where the DBC is stored. Now, add it to the DBC. It should work now. I hope this helps.
