Thanks for responding. I checked out the licensing agreement, and I want to make sure I understand this correctly.

- If we utilize ASP.NET and a Reports Server approach, we need to buy additional licenses.

- If we utilize WinForms and we distribute the .NET framework to our users, and have the report engine for CR.NET on their 'local' machines...so long as we only distribute the CR run-time files to users, there's no additional licenses we need to purchase...correct?

Follow-up...I know that you've been heavily involved with Crystal (I've been using it with VFP since '97)....are there any good books on CR.NET (or .NET books that actually cover CR.NET in detail)?
