For old Btrieve file the only way we found is to convert your Btrieve table
to text file (dirty text file but...) with "BUTIL" you must first run Btrieve.exe on the Dos prompt (Win 98 and lower) and after you run Butil under dos to convert (ie BUTIL -u oldtable newtable).

I think no odbc driver exist for Btrieve #3 file.
