In the process of considering giving a more XP type theme to the app I have inherited. It's been developed in VFP5 and 6 because of issues with platform compatability - we have problems with running VFP6 on 95 & 98 systems.

Has anybody else done anyhting else similar. Things I am considering doing are...

1) Changing my forms to give similar controls and appearance to XP windows explorer.

2) Updating my tired looking toolbar to give it real functionality such as text to the side of the icon and pull downs from icons.

3) Also be nice to have general advice on form design to give it a XP look.

The toolbar thing is of the most interest, but be happy to chat to anybody who has something to say!!
