I found many helpful articles about this subject on the Crystal website which is www.crystaldecisions.com and then go to the knowledgebase and search on the keyword parameters or passing parameters. Even though it is mostly for VB, it works the same for VFP.

Also, I am about to get parameter passing working in subreports after some trial and error so if you need that information, I may be able to help.
