Try running vfpclean.app from the home directory.

If this does not solve the problem, look at the location of the foxcode table, which you can check by

?_foxcode

Exit VFP and copy the foxcode.dbf/foxcode.fpt from the VFP home directory to the directory pointed to by _foxcode. The directory depends on OS, but should be something like "C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\\APPLICATION DATA\MICROSOFT\VISUAL FOXPRO\"

It may be that the foxcode table is corrupt, or missing.
