I have an app wherein the user wants to synchronize data from different sources into one cummulative database. The app is in FPD25 and it allows for multi companies. I have suggested the user to create temp companies on the Accounts machine for the data which he brings from other sources ie. Factory and Admin office and then run the update utility I am creating from those companies.

The data structures are same. Only a subset of data is entered at the orher places. Masters are added by the other places as required. There is a general ledger database where all the transactions are recorded, this is received as a subset from other places.

All the data has a uniqueid and a lastupdate field (where from I can get the date and time to check for updating) in each record. Updating is okay till now (still in works).

My Problem.

How can I tackle deletes?

I wouldn't know if a record exists in the superset has been deleted from one of the subsets.

Please suggest. Any new idea is also welcome.
