It hard to tell based on install size. The minimal install requires two merge modules Vfp7Runtime.msm and MSVCR70.msm. See Setup Wizard - poof! it's gone! Message #623819 for some usefull links.

Whil makes an offhand comment in his article about a '6.8 Meg EXE' so I am probably ballpark. Guess I'll throw together a minimal app and drop it on the box to test. If it flys, I've got my basic runtime install done. Quite a different beast from the Setup Wizard, eh?
