Why cant a SetFocus be used in Valid method ?

If the code is put in the commandbutton's Click() event, and the user wants to run the code by landing on it (Say by pressing the Tab Key) and then hitting the Enter key, Is the Click event code run ?

(This would be quite common for fast heads down data entry)
