Failure as in it doesn't work unless I minimize or maximize the form. As I understand, it's an 'old' issue. It seems that even with the "this.show" in the "Top Level Form" activate event, a message box, called from within a "In Top Level Form" guy, will disable pappa forms [X] close.
I did experiment with making all forms top level and setting DeskTOp to true. It held some promise, but the project is large and would need a few "EXTERNAL" declarations to pass cursors around.
I was wondering if a better work around than the "this.show" was available.
Does this ever happen in your projects?

>>I thought I worked out the non-responsive [X] or form Close button issue by placing a "this.show" in the form's activate event. MESSAGEBOX() seems to nullify that option.
