If you do a KEYBOARD "{Ctrl+F10}" before the REPORT command, it will zoom the window to the maximum size. It sounds like the window is starting off too large for some reason. (Are you shipping a resource file with the app which has the window size you used stored in it?) Keyboarding the zoom control may fix this problem.
