On mine, it shows 4 folders, one of which is my C drive, but there are no files at all listed. No idea why it's not working for me, but Fred told me how to do it without installing anything, so I'm set.

>It shows the computer name as the root of the tree and beneath it all it's shares and the files used and by whom, isn't that what you needed?, or are we seeing different things?, I have only the 'Show computers and open files' option selected.
