From memory ... Together is a product that raised up around the Peter Coad methodology of OOD.

They are/were very C++/Java centric. That is, they do not have round trip engineering for higher-level languages such as VFP or VB. (At least they didn't when I was looking at this a couple years ago; and via phone, they didn't seem encouraging that they would be expanding in that direction.)
