I use Scheduler to run a VB.NET app that uses Outlook 2000 to sent e-mails. It works fine at all sites except one where I get the message:

MS Outlook has determined that a program is trying to automatically send an e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it maybe a virus, you would answer No.

How do I turn this feature off?
