I jump in with a self reply. It was to late at night yesterday, and I
looked into a few things today again, seeing that every time a Executant is
needed it it created (createobject()).

OK knowing this I believe that 2. and 3. will not work they expected way, because the BizObj wont get the same executant.
What is your suggestion here. Have I got to get the Event Object with all code down to executant level ???
Or do you see any kind of COM+ approach I can jump on ?
Perhaps an answer to question 2 clears things ?
