I tried Codebook with limited success. The problem you are having is that the INCLUDE file references are not pointing to the proper directories. I ended up going through everything and specifying the right directories. I was also unable to get the menu system to work and hand coded my menus. The QSTART application does not set up directories properly either (I think there may be a version that is available that does work though). I abandoned Codebook eventually, because of the performance. There are real problems with the speed of apps which use the Codebook classes. I would not recommend this framework.
