I haven't used ADOCE before but I believe you still have to specify your provider and data source. Correct me if I'm wrong here but if you are using AODCE shouldn't your access file be of a .cdb? ADOCE is for Windows CE. If you are trying to access a regular Access database you would want to use ADODB.
