I believe you to a certain extent because they do not put extra $ as investment for marketing since 5 years. I don't see new blood coming into VFP fold. In fact, majority of VFPers are gray haired because these are users since dbase, foxbase, or clipper time. What MS saying is always upgrade, upgrade, upgrade...

Why folks have a hard time grasping this or thinking that it can change is puzzling. If things are great in their corner of the world, great. My message is not primarily directed at them. My message is directed at the other VFP developers who are questioning what they are doing. I am providing balance to what was an unbalanced discussion.
