Does Visual FoxPro 6 support Unicode [UTF-8] ?

I am currently working on a project which involves accessing an Oracle 9i database via ODBC and creating reports based on the data.

Originally, we were told the data would be in the "Big 5" character set. However, we have now been told that we should support unicode.

If VFP 6 doesn't support unicode, does VFP 7 ?

If support is available, what steps do I have to take in my application - do I use a particular code page for example ?
