Ooops you're right, I guess I just don't like cussing :-) In addition the class that I'm using is in a .prg. I saw this somewhere in the sample code, but can't remember where. Then I've subclassed the frmDataManagerFormCustom and in the LoadGlobalReferences I have the following:

This.oBCSUtilities = IIF(ISNULL(This.oBCSUtilities), CreateGlobalObject('BCSUtilities'), .Null.)
Else
Return .f.
