The datetime column was not a PK. Also, I use views for all my database activities and do not use tables directly. Additionally, I do occasionally have problems with indexes but it is always fixed with a Pack/ReIndex. The exception of course is with this one table/view.

I had mentioned last time that deleting the index file fixed the problem, however, it got fixed after that by deleting one row and packing the table. Not deleting the row and issuing the Pack did not fix the problem.

I'll try some of your suggestions, to see if it sheds some light. Either way, thanks for your help on this. I hope some day I can return the favor.
Of course, if the puzzle is solved I will post the solution.
