thanks again! It seems that the tool can't be integrated without problems. They mention, that you can't use it together with Outlook's native preview windows. I think I will consider upgrading to Office XP again. Just thought, I would get around this for some more time <g>.

>I only see one problem with this solution. I receive alot of email from Tech Republic, ZDNET, etc. and I really prefer the HTML formated messages that tehy send rahter than plain text. It doesn't sound like this will give full support for HTML although I have not tried it since I use Outlook 2002 and just did the registry patch.
