If you check the programs that are included in the project, be sure that doreports.prg and dolabel.prg are listed and not excluded. I don't know if doreport or dolabel are reserved words in VFP7, but I have found that if you have program file that is named one of the VFP reserved words, it may not automatically be pulled into the project when you build your exe. You can however manually add the programs to the project and it should work at runtime with no problems.
