I received a private email that outlined the release dates for VB. 4.0 came out in 10/1996. So with this fact in hand, I am mistaken.

The irony of course is that even though VFP 3.0 was the first to create 32 bit apps for Win95, it was not until the next version that you could comply with the interface guidelines for Win95. Specifically, I am referring to pop-up menus. And as I recall, the bugs on that feature were not worked out until version 6.
