the problem is one of the fields has a data type of Date. If I place a control source in the textbox as rvEmpfile.datehired, then try to use the tableupdate() function, it does not update the base tables. Now if I have to requery the remote view, an error message is being prompted. Cursor buffer for rvEmpfile contains uncommitted changes.
How will I solve this problem?
